Some things are planted. Some things are carried. Some things are composting. Some things are waiting. Nothing has failed simply because it isn't finished. A seed isn't a failed flower. A sketch isn't a failed painting. A question isn't a failed answer. Not yet isn't the end. It's the space where becoming happens.
Pocket Full of Seeds
I don't carry seeds because they're trees. I carry them because I know what they're becoming. Some I'll plant today. Some next spring. Some years from now. They're still seeds. They're still alive. And so are my ideas.
Is It Time?
People keep asking, "Did you finish?" Sometimes the better question is, "Is it time?" Not every idea is ready the day it arrives. Some need more courage. Some need more skill. Some need more life. So I don't throw them away. I carry them until I can carry them responsibly.
Carry It Responsibly
Most people think ideas are either finished — or abandoned. There's a third state: stewardship. An idea can be alive without being active. Just like a seed in a pocket. Just like a book outlined but not written. Just like a child growing roots before anyone sees leaves.

An educational operating system. The classroom as a "complementary compounder" and "intelligence network" — every learner returns with a different piece.
"History is not content. It's simulation. People remember simulations." Books become experiential nodes, not supplemental readers.
