Start Here

You're in. Here's what happens next.

Four phases, in order. For each one: what we do, what we need from you, and how you'll know it's finished. Nothing here should surprise you later.

The roadmap

The gold cards are the parts that need you. Everything else is on us.

1

Brief

We agree on what's being made, for whom, and by when.

What we do

Run a kickoff call, ask the questions below, then send a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date.

What we need from you

The prep list further down this page, and a decision-maker on the call. If someone else has to approve the work, bring them now.

Done when: you've approved the written scope and paid the booking deposit.

2

Direction

We lock the look and feel before anything gets built.

What we do

Present a creative direction: references, a treatment, and the specific visual or sonic world we're proposing.

What we need from you

An honest reaction. "I don't like it" is useful. "It's fine" when it isn't costs you later. This is the cheapest moment to change course.

Done when: you've approved the direction in writing. After this, changing direction is a new scope.

3

Build

Production, against the direction you approved.

What we do

Make the work, and show it to you in progress at agreed checkpoints rather than saving it for one big reveal.

What we need from you

Feedback at each checkpoint, consolidated into one message. Five people sending five sets of notes is the most common way a timeline slips.

Done when: the revision rounds in your package are used, or you've signed off early.

4

Deliver

Final files, organized and yours.

What we do

Hand off every file in every format you need, labeled, with source files included.

What we need from you

Final payment. Rights transfer to you the moment it clears.

Done when: you've confirmed you can open everything.

Before the kickoff call

Gather what you can. You don't need all of it, and "I don't have that yet" is a fine answer — but everything you bring to the call is time we don't spend chasing it afterward. Your ticks are saved on this device.

How we'll stay in touch

What slows a project down

Almost always one of these four. Knowing them is most of avoiding them.

If the delay is on our side, you don't pay for it. If a project stalls waiting on feedback, the delivery date moves by the same amount — and we'll tell you that plainly at the time rather than letting it slide.

Questions before we start?

Ownership, usage rights, how AI is used in production, payment terms, and privacy are all covered on one page. Read it before the kickoff call and bring anything unclear.
